MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Write some technical documentation;

Install and configure the solution on hardware or VMware;

Integrate the solution at the customer site, connecting with customer backend or core network elements;

Write some technical documentation;

Review the customer acceptance plan documents and updated if needed;

Follow the process and best practices defined;

Assist the development and validation team during the project;

Integrate the solution at the customer site, connecting with customer backend or core network elements;

Provide visibility to Validation Technical Leader and Project Manager on his / her work progress (actual and estimated time to complete tasks);

Execute the acceptance test plan with the customers;

Write the Operation and Maintenance Guide (OMG).

Required skills

POSITION REQUIREMENTS :

Education

Degree in computer Science, Telecom, or related discipline

advanced French language, intermediate English

Processes

Configuration management process;

Custom Development Life Cycle;

STiM Tickets Management;

Change management;

Deployment guidelines (Best practices).

Transversal requirements for GGS projects (includes validation, integration and security requirements)

SoapUI

Linux / SUN Solaris OS

Unix / Shell scripts

Monitoring (SNMP, JMX, Nagios / OP5 Monitoring, ELK Stack)

Network administration tools (switches, firewall, etc)

VMware usage and admin

Oracle 11,12 scripting (PL-SQL / SQL)

AWS Cloud formation

Mercurial, Git (CodeCommit)

SoapUI

JavaCard / APDU smartcard protocols analysis

Clusterware (Veritas cluster, pacemaker)

Back up tools (Veritas netbackup)

Volume management (Veritas Volume Manager, LVM)

VMware usage and admin

JMeter

Spy tool / Universal Tracer

Internal to Gemalto : STiM, SMSC TOOLKIT; Card Admin

MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio
