Working on our digital platform "EDGE", we’ll look to you to achieve regional targets through increasing sales and customer retention.
Handling inbound and outbound calls, you will migrate, adapt, nurture, and support your clients, cross-selling, and up-selling FX products.
Working alongside internal teams, you will implement regional business plans and campaigns, all while suggesting and identifying improvements within the platform.
For this role, having a sales / client management experience within the Financial Services, FinTech, or Banking sector (digital experience preferred) is an advantage.
You need to be proactive, motivated, and driven with a desire to succeed and with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Your confident and can-do attitude will fit well within the team. A fluent level in English and Czech languages are required for this role.
