You will : Monitor LSP (Logistic Service Provider) performance including Warehouse operations, truck operations for customer deliveries and STO (Stock Transport Order) shipmentsInterface and coordinate with LSP for operational issuesPerform contract oversights with third parties (hauliers / warehousing)Drive LSP improvement in Fulfilment Rate for PCI including export and overseas orders.
