  • What you’ll do :

  • Position Title : iXp Intern - Support Process Specialist (GE and / or French, Spanish)
  • Location : Prague
  • Expected start date to end date : July 1st 2018 - December 31st 2018
  • Under the supervision of your mentor, you will :

  • Get familiar with the processes in place for all Support and specific Product Groups within Concur.
  • Map organizational processes, drive improvement, reduce variability and optimize operations
  • Discuss, present and document the results of the research
  • Identify undocumented areas and gather available troubleshooting resources to close the gap.
  • Help with translation and communication with our clients in French,
  • About the team :

    Our multi-cultural team is dedicated to solving client issues on the Concur Expense interface. We work collaboratively with one another and have built trusted cross-

    functional relationships with teams across Concur such as Research & Development, Operations, Client Success, etc. We are offering support across the entire globe, in 4 European languages (English, French, German and Spanish).

    Who you are :

    We are looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, IT Management or a similar field
  • Fluent English and French
  • Ability to work 20 hrs / week (flexible)
  • Interest in Information Technology and software related to financial management and corporate spend control
  • Willingness and motivation to work cross-functionally within Concur
  • Be a natural problem solver and be able to see the big picture
  • Efficiently assemble information and create comprehensive documentation
