We have an opportunity for an NPI / NPE QualityEngineer to join our team in Brno.

This position supports Intelligrated Brno EngineeringIGS product portfolio, by providing Quality (mechanical, electrical, controls)input into the processes used to developing, enhancing, and custom-configuringTransnorm and Legacy Intelligrated products.

Drive rigor and effectivenessacross all functional areas involved in Product Development that impactQuality, including Product Management, Design Engineering, ReliabilityEngineering, Integrated Supply Chain, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering.

NPI / NPE Quality Engineer :

Drive the integrity and success of New Product Introductions and Enhancements :

a. Drive Quality Plans and Quality Assessments,(Quality Readiness Level QRL) involving all internal stakeholders along NPIprocess

b. Collaborate on and evaluate engineering test plansand results

c. Drive rigor and influence critical judgment fordevelopment activities that impact quality (Project definition and scope,DFMEA, PFMEA, MRL)

d. Champion due diligence and effectiveness offunctional deliverables that impact product quality (acceptance test plans,product manuals, installation and commissioning plans)

e. Assess and report quality risks to Qualityleadership, at key project milestones.

f. Conduct and direct data gathering and metrics toidentify and prioritize quality improvement opportunities and risks related tonew product introduction.

2. Be part of cross functional teams to drive andoversee Problem Definition, RCA and CAPA Planning for critical quality issuesimpacting new product introduction, using 8D methodology, as necessary.

3. Oversee and assist continuous improvement andproblem-solving teams using appropriate, situation-dependent methodologies 8D, DMAIC, PDSA, etc.
