The Sales Operations Specialist (SOPS) is a business partner to the respective sub Segment Leads and in this function works closely with the sub Business Program Manager & M&O Leader as well as the area (CEE) Sales Ops, Area BPM and Area Reporting Team.
The SOPS delivers guidance, process, data and lights up business insights that enable One Microsoft planning & executing sales and operations agenda.
The SOPS is a crucial role to support segment ales execution through data and business insights driven decisions.
This role’s role primary accomplishments include : Data analysis and ROB management account analysis, adoption of standardized reporting and BI budget and pipeline control.
Tool and sales and programs support Delivering actionable strategic insights & ideas on executing the forecast, segment KPI s Business insight / development challenge / partnering with segment leaders on business discussions based on data and process guidance Participating on customer planning & predictions, quota or target settings and also strategic account planning Sales Programs & Support
Experience with delivering end-to-end data analysis background in Sales operation, Business Planning and / or Finance Familiar with financials, pipeline, scorecard, and other internal measurement tools Exposure & cross-
functional stakeholder management history Focus on providing process optimization by understanding the desired business outcome Delivery of standards which enable speed, efficiency and scale in the business Proven communication and collaboration skills Functional (Partner, Services, Sales, Marketing) knowledge preferred
