As our newChange and Service Request Manager you will play a vital part both in relation to our customersand internally in our Global Projects team.
We are focused on customer requestsand process optimization within both Service Request and Change RequestManagement. You will be based in our Prague office.
Your responsibilities asChange and Service Request Manager
We expect youto have a personality and experience that enables you to handle a variety of changesand service requests. You will be working in global matrix organization,possessing the ability to gain respect from across the organization and beingable to demonstrate business results, where high level of independence &individual initiative combined with a high degree of personal drive to ensuremarket share and development of NNIT’s business with the customer is expected.
You will be responsible for :
Processing customer requests for various enhancements, including the urgent ones
Evaluating requests using the Service Catalogue
Taking overall responsibility and ownership of requests, and managing related key performance indicators
Both internal and external communication, planning and coordination of implementation
Approving or rejecting requests including follow-up communication to involved stakeholders
KPI reporting and ad-hoc reporting
If necessary, conducting training and managing improvements within entrusted areas
Your qualifications andexperience
You areflexible and take initiative to secure you meet your results and havepreferably already proven this in previous positions.
You are able to work andcollaborate in a global environment.
Further we expect :
Minimum 2 years ofprofessional work experience on a service manager position - preferably changeand service request management
Experience working in a corporate environment following ITIL processes
Proficiency at stakeholder management
Understanding of what itmeans to work in an international environment with different cultures
Positive attitude including high motivation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluent English (written and spoken)
