Diversity and Inclusion :
Support, develop, and advance a successful, long-term strategy for creating an inclusive culture in Ataccama. Build on the efforts of our in-company D&I group.
Organize and coordinate all D&I activities; select suitable tools and facilitate diversity-related initiatives.
Be proactive in opening discussions on diversity and inclusion topics.
Together with HR, refine and improve our incident reporting processes.
Follow trends and the latest research in the D&I field; implement takeaways at Ataccama.
Review and evaluate our current processes and strategies to ensure they contribute to an inclusive environment, and recommend changes as needed.
Take initiative. If you have suggestions for new activities or projects that support diversity and inclusion, make them happen.
Look after the wellbeing of your colleagues at Ataccama.
Initiate different kinds of activities (sport events, relax sessions, afterwork meetups, and other free time activities that bring colleagues together).
Help our colleagues overcome the different kinds of challenges they face at work and in daily life (e.g. figure out a way to help parents when schools are closed, manage and solve communication issues, help people manage their time, relax, and avoid burnout).
Find ways to actively support Ataccamers, particularly in terms of mental health, personal and professional development, etc.
Manage, evaluate, and suggest improvements to our company benefits based on feedback from our employees.
Cooperate closely with our marketing team to organize internal company events; coordinate other activities with HR and the back office team.

Is this you?
You are an expert in D&I topics and have experience driving change management for Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
You have experience with crisis management.
You’re creative and have strong communication skills in both English and Czech.
You enjoy event planning and prep.
You are able to come up with new ideas and make them happen.
