This transformation driving role will be based out of our office in Prague, Czech Republic!
Owns and drives the scrum process within the REEMEA B2B eCommerce Center of Excellence.
Ensures visibility of work and engages with other digital proficiency centre teams (regional and global) to harmonize tactics and share insights across regions.
Serves as the Super Scrum Master for B2B ecommerce activities in BUs within REEMEA and shares efficient ways of working across BUs.
Ensures physical and virtual meetings and sprints stay on track through the utilization of Agile principles and associated methodologies ("trading floor").
Helps to identify the minimum viable product for each sprint to foster speed of execution and iteration
Works with Regional Head of B2B eCommerce to improve initiative value & manage product backlog
Help the team remain creative and productive while ensuring its successes are tangible and visible. Facilitate Sprint Retrospectives to help the teams improve, ensuring that the teams adopt a 'leadership for all' mindset that drives individual accountability and team success.
Supervise daily issues impacting the team; facilitate resolutions and raise issues as needed.

The Regional B2B eCommerce team is setting the strategy for the eCommerce sales channels (both pure eComm and omnichannel) and for overarching eComm platforms (i.
e. marketplaces and price comparison sites).
As the importance of Digital channels is growing significantly eComm Team's high performance is important for delivering overall business results.
This high performing team sets the strategy to deliver sales targets and together with the respective markets is responsible for excellent and consistent implementation across eCommerce landscape with the aim to gradually build and strengthen the LEGO Group Brand presence.
The Scrum Master is vital in crafting the B2B eComm Team's 'Ways of Working' across the regional and BU Teams and supports agenda prioritisation within the team.
Do you have what it takes?
Proven ability (3-5 years) as Scrum Master, in a commercial environment
In-depth experience in facilitating agile sprints and meetings
Experience of mentoring teams / individuals on agile techniques, design thinking, customer value, product management, etc.
Knowledge of eCommerce standard methodologies and the role that display, search and digital marketing play in the shopper journey is a plus
Strong facilitation skills and the ability to prioritise, delegate, and execute in a high-performing environment
