About the role : We are looking for Application Support Specialist to provide application support for part of a given EDI Domain to Deutsche Post DHL in order to ensure availability of the service and minimal disruption to business continuity.
You will cooperate with DHL internal teams (database, network, operating system administrators, developers etc.).
About the role : What you will do :
Receive requests for technical support from business users - 2nd level
Prioritize requests in accordance with agreed criteria and the needs of the requestor
Monitor the recovery of technical issues and necessary follow ups
Support testing and deployment of new application versions
Maintain services in Linux OS
