Opportunity to support a rapidly growing department offering solutions to the most advanced AI companies in the world . AI Solutions is a new, rapidly growing division offering high quality data for Human Machine Interaction to some of the most prestigious technology companies in the world.

Our department focuses on gathering, enriching and processing training data for Machine Learning in different AI domains.

TransPerfect is the leading provider of international business solutions, working with 95% of the Global Fortune 1000. TransPerfect’s solutions include document translation, website localization, workflow technology, virtual data rooms, content authoring and tools and more.

Position responsibilities :

  • Enhance organizational excellence by establishing operational benchmarks, timelines, and resources needed to achieve strategic goals
  • Performance reporting and improvement : internal dashboards and client KPI analysis.
  • Capacity Management
  • Engage with internal teams to design and implement new initiatives to drive process improvement
  • Plan and control change
  • Research new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency
  • Overseeing inventory, distribution of work and facilities
  • Manage quality assurance processes
  • Oversee the design and implementation of internal training programs
  • Extreme focus on customer experience and understanding the voice of the customer
  • Essential skills and experience required :

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in management or a engineering in combination with management experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience successfully running large scale programs or operations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Business Process design
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PPT)
  • Ability to communicate requirements to multiple, interdisciplinary teams (software, sales, senior management etc.)
  • Experience in project management frameworks such as agile, PMP etc.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Most importantly, the ideal candidate must demonstrate high energy and the ability to : multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, build relationships with clients and co-workers, work as part of a team, take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of service.
  • Additional skills (considered a plus) :

  • Experience in business / data analytics and related software
  • Scripting and software development skills
  • Working Proficiency of French and / or German
  • Combined degree with computer science or related fields
  • Experience in team work and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with SharePoint
