The graduate experience adviser will work to support the annual cycle of graduate and intern attraction, selection, preboarding, onboarding and development as appropriate in country.
The adviser will be the primary in country graduate team member, responsible for facilitating, and reporting on, the delivery of FNZ’s junior talent strategy.
Identifying target talent pools
Organise all campus events creating relationships with target universities and groups, tracking their event calendars, booking FNZ in to attend target events Managing event volunteers
Furthering the FNZ brand by ensuring our stands are on brand. This includes working with Marketing teams and suppliers to order and brand merchandise and stand collateral.
Monitoring ROI and attendance rates from various events to build up a profile of talent pools
Working on aspects of the campaign and website, using our Employee Value Proposition as a guide to FNZ’s annual campaign refresh
Deliver and administer FNZ preboarding, including planning / event managing any interactions or events.
Facilitation and support of the delivery of the program work with the wider grad team to support event management and planning for any cohort based activities
Event management and facilitation of the delivery of professional skills training via external providers or the FNZ Academy
This role has the following requirements :
Excellent communication skills
Excellent administration and reporting skills
Stakeholder management skills
Experience using Power BI, Microsoft Suite
Experience planning and running small events
The following would also be advantageous :
Experience administering a grad or intern program
Understanding of the grad and intern industry
Confident, and able to take initiative
Hard-working, innovative and takes pride in their work
