About Digital Enablement team :
Our agile Digital Enablement team which is based in Prague and Brno engages in Big Data, Data Science and Data Analytics activities for both clients in the Czech Republic and globally.
Our team helps clients develop data and technology solutions that help them make better business decisions and optimize costs.
Using advanced technology, we can focus on putting the right controls, processes and structures in place for our clients to ensure that decisions are based on accurate information, as well as ensuring that resources are used in an efficient manner.
About Manager :
Patrik is the team manager leading consulting services in data strategy, data management and digital ethics. Patrik studied at University of Kent and dedicated his early career to analytics and business intelligence before transitioning to advisory roles.
In recent years, Patrik worked with some of Europe's largest organisations : supported an Energy client in the Netherlands;
advised a major Retailer in Sweden; and built a strategy for a smart city in Saudi Arabia. Patrik enjoys free time with his family and stays active trail running, and walking his dog Molly.

You will :
Support, deliver and co-lead projects across all stages of the life cycle from requirements gathering, solution design, recommendations to implementation.
Communicate and collaborate with clients and customers across all organisational levels.
Work with a wide range of stakeholders and subject matter experts on project delivery.
Proactively participate in business development for new clients including workshops, presentations, proposals and generation of promotional materials.
Support internal data management tools and activities.
Share best practice, attend training and upskilling both internally and externally.
Requirement of the role :
1-2 years of experience within data-related roles, preferably in consultancy.
Fundamental knowledge of data management concepts, theories and approaches ( data governance, quality, master data management or metadata management etc.).
Hands-on experience in working with data ( SQL, data analysis, modelling, databases).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proactive, able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
Awareness of key concepts of Project Management preferred but not essential.
Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak.
