XTRF is looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our Product Team. In this role, you will be involved in the product development life-cycle from end to end , but your primary focus will always be on the needs of the customers.
You will work closely with product management and turn your insights into new product features and improvements .
What will you do?
Work with internal and external customers to understand detailed business requirements
Develop user flows, mockups and prototypes around customer needs
Prepare appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development team
Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior management
Solve product related problems, make decisions
Oversee the product development process holistically from end to end
Contribute to product documentation development and maintenance
Requirements :
1+ years of relevant work experience as a product designer, UX / UI designer or similar role (is a must)
Fluency in modern design tools (knowledge of Figma is a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (fluency in English is a must)
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and experience with Agile methodologies (is a plus)
