We have a new position within our Technical Sales team for a back-office professional with experience within the IMS Core, VoLTE / VoWiFi and VAS product areas.
This position will be based in Mavenir’s Czech (Brno) offices; work closely within a small team, & report to the EMEA Pre Sales Lead.
Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for all phases of producing, reviewing and submitting technical customer bid responses. Submission elements can include : Technical statement of compliance Solution description & technical summary Dimensioning (using provided tools) List price information Customer presentations, for example for bid defence
Bid Management Capable of bid managing technical solution elements, ensuring the timely collation of submission elements Work closely with assigned bid managers where applicable Coordinating question and answer communications between Mavenir and our customers Updating bid respository with submission material
Assist technical teams (presales, Product Management) in performing requirement analysis initial analysis of technical aspects of bid summarising key points for bid / no-
bid and bid kick off presentations identifying and estimating development items required to achieve compliance
Standard Material Repository Responsible for helping create a boiler plate repository, for use in Compliance responses Solution descriptions Updating repository with material updated / corrected in reviews changes due to product development
Assist technical teams in third party management Requesting, collating, and tracking of technical submission material Updating of boiler plate repository Documenting different available third party choices, where supported
Change request analysis & submission
Job Requirements :
Successful track record in technical area of telecommunications industry direct relevant experience for at least one of the main product areas is a must
Experience in applying product understanding to bid responses
Ability to work well under time pressure and to tight deadlines
Solid time management and project management skills
Experience in working with disparate skill sets, in multiple countries and time zones
Excellent communications skills in verbal, written and presentation forms
Acute attention to detail & organization
Energetic and creative with an upbeat, positive attitude
A team player who works well with others
English is the working language for both responses and with other teams
Other languages (Russian, Arabic, French) an advantage
