The purpose of Project Manager is to manage the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from project initiation to transition to operations.
Deliver projects on time and within budget and to meet the desired business objectives.
Your Responsibilities :
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to :
Establish project plan and initiate project mobilization by confirming project scope, estimate, resources, roles and responsibilities
Monitor and control execution of project though Analyze, Design, Build, Test and Release, establish project governance, managing risks and issues
Direct outputs of the project team, ensuring overall success of project and effective use of resources
Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services
Provide project reporting including overall performance of the project and project completion documentation

What you’ll bring to the role :
3-5 years relevant project / program management experience in Pharma IT or Biotech
excellent English and other language desired
Business and IT experience leading projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects successfully and demonstrated experience of managing teams in a matrix organization across geographic regions
Experience with multiple project delivery methodologies (Agile, Scaled Agile Framework, Waterfall, and ICE). Ability to operate in a complex environment choosing the appropriate methodology based on fit to business needs / constraints, project type and vendor capability
Experience managing outsourced near-shore and / or off-shore teams across multiple locations, geographies and cultures preferred
PMP / PRINCE2 certification desired or equivalent experience
