ROLE DESCRIPTIONWithin DXC Prague there is currently 8 of us shiny happy people in the DACH Personal Admin Team who are doing their best to help the employees in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with HR related matters.
Our job is to be there during the whole employee life cycle. and what would you be doing?Preparing HR documents such as contracts, contract amendments, confirmations, letters and reference letters for our employees in the DACH region.
This requires an ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with solid judgment and discretion.
Handling various employee queries - it will be your job to not only investigate and assess the matter and recommend the best solution but also be able to communicate it clearly to everyone involved, be it managers of all levels, HR Business Partners, Works Council members or other colleagues worldwide.
Become a knowledgeable, independent expert as a process owner you will manage the scope entrusted to you. From time to time processes change around here, we gain new knowledge, get new agenda to work on in that case you will be involved and cooperate on the project.
You will get the opportunity to (re)design the process, create or change instructions and make them clear and easy to use for everyone else.
REQUIREMENTSWhat does an ideal candidate look like? You certainly can’t do this job without : Language skills - You should be able to speak, write and understand German really well.
This is essential and there is really no way around it. English is necessary too the company speaks English, trainings are in English and not everyone you need to communicate with knows Czech or German.
But you are reading this, so I think we are covered : )IT skills - You should be used to working with the MS Office tools.
Creating and editing documents, managing inboxes, using SharePoint that kind of knowledge is essential. If you have some experience with SAP and / or Workday we’d be very happy, if not well, that would be one of the first things you can learn from us.
Attention to detail - You should not hate administrative work. Data need to be entered in systems correctly and it would not do if our employees received their documents with a wrong job title or salary.
