The Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring the development team understand the business needs of Product Owner and delivers it as per the acceptance criteria.
Its main tasks include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing.

Interface between Product Owners and Development Teams for New Tech and Analytics projects
Groom the Product Backlog based on the Prioritization provided by Product Owner
Analysing the customer needs and finding the business solutions to address them
Creating the requirements in the form of user stories with appropriate acceptance criteria.
If in case the user stories have been already created by the product owner (with acceptance criteria), then reviewing them to make sure that every business rule is covered and the acceptance criteria meet the user story functionality.
Create and review KPIs to analyse performance and estimated savings of proposed project
Working with the product owner and the stakeholders to understand the scope, suggest improvements to the requirements, etc.
Preparing documents like process design document (PDD), function design, Test cases, design flow, UI etc., as and when required.
Solid and effective communication skill to manage the stakeholders
Ability to see the big picture of the solution, Road map and align / Prioritize the requirements towards it
Ability to understand system dependencies and prioritize the requirements taking all the dependencies into account
Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
Ability to test the deliverables and ensure it is delivered as per the acceptance criteria
Ability to Review the test scenarios prepared by Testing team
Supporting the operational and development teams during the UAT and rollout phases.
Ensure compliance with BSC standards, AB InBev policies and SLAs

Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and safety training requirements
Initial training, internal training plan, ability to draw processes touching various IT and new technology systems
Assist relationship building within the BSC, business unit and customers
Assist in establishing and maintaining appropriate relationships with third party providers
Cooperate with other BSC teams to ensure compliance with cross-team responsibilities
Qualifications and Technical competencies required
University degree (technical orientation preferred)
Experience playing the Business Analyst role for at least two years in the Agile Methodology.
Provides detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality
Provides hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developers
Follows and understands new Product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions
Knowledge of other Agile approaches : Kanban, FDD, etc
Knowledge and / or experience with widely successful Agile techniques : User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the development teams
Experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach(example : numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Microsoft Office (mandatory)
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Analyst position or similar.
Previous experience with Agile project management tool (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps )
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems
