We need a hero! A support hero, to be precise. As one of our support agents, you would take on the difficult task of solving our customers’ problems and providing information to potential buyers.

We’re looking for :
Perfect command of the English language;
Fast typing skills at least 40 WPM ( Test your typing skills );
Readiness to work during the dead man’s shift;
Strong analytical and communication skills;
Being a good listener would definitely help;
Willing to learn new things and improve your skills.
Nice to have :
Browser console debug skills;
Prior working experience in customer-facing roles.
Your remuneration consists of a base which is PLN 3,500,000 net. After your onboarding, you will also have a chance to get a bonus ;)
