We are looking for HR Project Manager for our Central European (CE) Talent Team (covers a region of 18 countries). We design and implement CE Talent priorities, collaborating with local HR leaders and team members.

This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional / generalist / consultant who is interested in project management, is tech savvy and wishes to gain experience at an international level, build a cross-

border network, and develop a significant understanding of the regional organization.

HR Project Manager should have :

  • 4+ years of HR experience in a generalist / consultant / HR Business Partner role
  • Project management skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Focus on detail and results
  • Responsiveness and team spirit
  • Strong communication skills, including in English
  • Ability to manage risks
  • Ability to navigate a global, matrixed, and often virtual environment for effective outcomes
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • University degree, preferably in management / economics
  • Your future role

  • Project management and central coordination of assigned Talent projects and activities for Deloitte CE in various HR areas
  • Assistance in development and implementation of the CE Talent Strategy
  • Close cooperation with IT and technology teams as well as local HR leaders and team members
  • Support or project management of the implementation and activation of Deloitte Global Talent initiatives at the regional level
  • Design and implementation of communication plans, creation of promotional materials
