Sales Account Manager w. German, CribMaster Europe (Czech Republic, Field)

Location : Czech Republic, Field / Virtual / Remote

The Sales Account Manager is the primary key contact with the customer, whether that be industrial distributors as a whole or a direct end user engagement.

They are responsible for managing existing customer relationships within a designated territory with continue delivering added value services and the evolution of solutions as well as expanding their customer base as appropriate.

The number one responsibility is to deliver revenue via strategic distribution of CribMaster products & services across Germany and Central East Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Direct customer interaction to influence, guide and consult in securing new orders from existing and new customers; deliver Operating Plan (quota).
  • Builds strong and strategic relationships with key industrial distribution targets and end users.
  • Efficiently handle new business leads; nurture, diagnose, design & deliver solutions appropriate for specific end user customers.
  • Work effectively with team and departments to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate CribMaster and Industrial resources to provide customer appropriate support.
  • Supports distributor customers with program development, training, end user calls and customer events.
  • Work directly with end user customers to design solutions appropriate for the customer’s needs and deliver accordingly.
  • Regularly communicates with marketing, product and leadership teams on market developments.
  • Maintains customer contacts and interaction via SalesForce.com.
  • Coordinates with Customer Service, Operations, Project Coordination & Technical Services teams to ensure customer orders are built and delivered on time & accurately.
  • Provide a level of 1st hand customer service; assisting in problem solving related to sales & be able to demo CribMaster solutions effectively.
  • Participates in trade shows, sales events, Webinars and web demos.
  • Supporting, generating, validating quotations & price estimations to deliver a project / Clear up any missing information or inconsistencies on orders which may impact project delivery.
  • Maintains ultimate care & consideration over each account to ensure that after service, support and technical issues are dealt with to consistently deliver an exceptional level of service.
  • Requirements

  • Higher Degree or equivalent through experience; Engineering or Economics Degree preferred
  • Min. 5 years’ experience in sales, in a similar role
  • Fluent in English & German (written and spoken Czech and additional languages are a plus)
  • Ability to deliver results against sales targets, with a proven record
  • Knowledge of Industry / Work experience with industrial distributors and end users across Europe
  • Experience with long sales cycle and capital equipment sales
  • Demonstrate strong relationship building skills, team oriented mindset
  • Demonstrates capability of using persuasive and solution selling skills
  • Be able to take ownership & drive meeting / conference events
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Self-motivated individual with the desire to succeed and motivate others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • IT skills Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (i.e. SalesForce.com, is a plus)
  • Experience with Zoominfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator are a plus
  • Valid driving license
  • Travel will be required, up 60-70% once restrictions are lifted Central and Eastern Europe (Germany, Poland, Baltics).
  • Valid Passport / Visa required.
