Develop and execute marcom programs / campaigns for global and / or regional execution to build awareness / consideration / preference and create demand for one or more DXC industries and / offering portfolios.

Experience should include most all aspects of the integrated marketing mix : digital marketing, advertising, content marketing, social media, event marketing, direct marketing, PR, and AR.

This role will support Industry and Offering Marcom Leads and collaborate closely with other members of the extended Marcom team in an agency model, as well as Industry / Offering subject matter experts.

Candidates should be comfortable working directly with our business constituents to collaborate on projects.

Essential Job Functions

  • Plan and create integrated marketing campaigns to achieve agreed upon business outcomes
  • Serve as project manager for marketing program / campaign execution, assist with related purchase orders and expenditure tracking
  • Manage the timely execution and tracking of content creation and marketing plan
  • Work with Regions / Sales to identify program / campaign opportunities that will support their pipeline
  • Improve data segmentation to deliver more relevant content to prospects at the right time
  • Own program / campaign results, reporting and analytics, including tracking and follow-up on marketing-generated sales opportunities
  • Provide expertise and analysis to improve program / campaign performance and corporate growth
  • Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications, or related field
  • Five or more years of experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage projects and external agencies / vendors to on-time completion within budget
  • Experience with marketing automation (such as Marketo or Eloqua) and CRM (Salesforce) systems
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing best practices
  • Experience in a global B2B software or technology company preferred
  • Sound decision-making based on data and best practices
  • Background in adapting campaigns for multiple regions
  • Growth mindset

  • Good presentation skills to communicate product knowledge with customers and management
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to travel (up to 15%)
