We are looking for a talented Python Tech Lead, who wants to embark on this mission with us.
Salary :
21 000 - 27 000 PLN net salary on B2B
What will you be doing?
Leading a small team of engineers ( 5-10 people)
Working together with Engineering Managers and the rest of Leadership team in Poland and US
Planning projects and successfully delivering them with the team
Designing cloud solutions that run in AWS cloud
Improving excellence of the team, processes, and practices within the company
Working with customers towards a projects success
Working in the context of a larger software consulting team, delivering projects to Enterprise customers.
Having responsible, but rewarding and fun role!
Must-have requirements :
Past experience in a Team / Tech Lead leading a small team of software engineers (at least 2 years of experience)
Excellent Python and software craftsmanship skills (more than 3 years)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Being a team player
Desire to improve technical skills (in cloud engineering) and People and Leadership skills
Native in Polish and fluent in English
Nice to have :
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Microservices architecture
DevOps skills
Experience architecting / designing solutions that work as PaaS with Enterprise integrations and APIs
