Cash Collection Representative with French Location : Prague Full-time, permanent contract Are you a French speaker motivated to explore the finance world?

YourResponsibilities & Your Impact :

You will be responsible for Cash Collections and Credit Management activities for Medical sector and Pharma Janssen customers

Communication with clients of Johnson and Johnson from Medical and Pharma sector hospitals, clinics and other clients

Cash Collections reminding payments from clients who didn’t pay on time, discussing reasons, agree on the next steps - over the phone and email

Order release decision about customers receiving their goods or not, in case order is blocked

Produce routine reports timely and accurate

Respondto specific questions from local organizations, customer service, audit,finance reconciliation audit and invoice processing groups to clarifysituations when necessary

Qualifications

Fluent French and English spoken and written

Dutch would be a great benefit

Previous experience in finance or customer service

Excellent communication skills - not afraid to communicate via the phone and e-mails

Ability to take responsibility and work with stressful situations

Positive personality enjoying teamwork
