Position overview :
The individual will play a KEY role in the deployment of Run to Target and Equipment Ownership across the CEE Brewery network and will work with both Regional and Site Leadership Pillars to define an achievable plan in the implementation of RTT and Autonomous Maintenance steps 0-3 initially and then ensure / oversee that steps 4-7 are achieved.
The Senior Manufacturing Excellence Lead will be accountable for successful deployment of the Runt to Target & Autonomous Maintenance deployment across the CEE breweries, and will work directly with brewery teams, the Brewery Excellence & Support and external stakeholders to ensure the culture, work processes and capabilities are in place to achieve the business goals.
Level 4 coaching qualification is expected as a minimum for them to coach and cascade the processes to all levels of employees.
In order to build capability and the deployment of RTT & equipment ownership, this position needs to be fully mobile (up to 80 % of time) because this individual will be accountable for a specified number of Breweries dependant on the pace of the rollout plan, so travel to all of these sites is essential.
He / she will work alongside the WCSC Brewery Managers, Leadership Teams and Shop Floor teams with the Autonomous Maintenance Pillar and the development of Equipment Owners on-site which would include both technical and leadership coaching.
The job-holder will need to have a thorough understanding of how the brewery supports the BU's priorities ensuring that WCSC 2.
0 complements these priorities and that the Zero Loss Journey and Site Master Plan supports these priorities. He / she will need to be skilled at identifying and solving issues that could either be cultural or related to project management and make appropriate suggestions on how to solve the issues and have the right level of Leadership capability to influence Senior Leaders within Supply Chain.
Able to offer and sell their ideas and recommendations is equally as important as technical and analytical elements of the role.
The role is that of an internal consultant who needs to be able to influence from leadeship through shop-floor. He / she will have autonomy in the role and whilst part of a regional team will work in isolation within the Brewery so level of proactivity is needed to escalate issues to the WCSC Senior Director and Regional Team to support delivery of the whole plan.
They will be highly skilled at using a range of advanced problem-solving tools such as DMAIC, End State Analysis, Loss Analysis, Six Sigma etc.
They will also need to consider the broader aspect of any solutions and how they impact on other areas of the business and / or Safety, Quality, People, Delivery or Cost.
Must ensure the right rewards and recognition tools are used to reinforce good results and celebrate successes.
Key Responsibilities :
Partners with the Site Leaders to develop and brilliantly execute RTT & AM Model and implementation of equipment ownership, meaning driving the change agenda as well as ensuring all pillars are healthy and integrated across the Supply Chain.
Responsible for building capability, performance and overall engagement and sustainment of WCSC 2.0. Leads site pillar review process and intervenes as required by involving the appropriate people to ensure continuous progress.
Accountable for healthcheck of AM pillar Daily Management Systems (DMS) , particpiating actively in the WCSC Brewery routine which would include No Meeting Zone (NMZ), AM Pillar Review and Daily Direction Settings (DDS).
For the time they are on site they need to integrate into the team and create the right relationships in order to make a contribution not only within the AM pillar but the wider WCSC agenda.
Being an accredited and experienced Level 4 coach they will be responsible for coaching on site manufacturing Excellence Lead Model Coaches up to Level 3 as a maximum and they will continue to be coached by Level 5 accredited plan.
They are responsible for linking the Regional OGSM back to the delivery of the Brewery CBN and have specified 'in process capabilities'
and expected output results.
This role would lead on site learning reviews and ensure knowledge sharing across the Region to ensure best practise is established.
This would includeidentifying talent within the Brewery teams and creating succesion for future level 4 coaches
Education - Master Degree in Engineering - Technical backround.
Language proficiency - Fluent in English
Experience with intergrated work systems / lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, project management, and master planning - proven record of being part of implementation / deployment of tools / methods / pillars of continuous improvement program within one or more sites
Required : 5-10 years of experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain roles where individual gained deep understanding of continuous improvement programs such as mentioned in the point above
Deep understanding of the continuous improvement methodology, ideally having acquired a higher qualification within some pillar of the program - equal to WCSC Level 4 qulification.
Highly skilled in setting strategy, communicating and influencing leaders. Very strong in coaching on all levels of the organization.
Strong predictive and autonomous maintenance experience.
Self-driven and indepenedent individual
Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time to different sites.
Preferred : Experience in packaging lines maintenance activities and all brewing areas including utilities as well execution of complex Capital projects including innovations / RD,
