The Resourcing Centre Lead will define, develop, deliver and own the Resourcing strategy for massive recruitment (blue and white collars), which is aligned with business needs, comply with legal requirements, reflect current HR best practise benchmarks and maximise the cost effectiveness of resourcing.

  • The Resourcing Centre Lead will act as a champion for both internal and external customers, will communicate with customers and stakeholders effectively by focusing on, and actively listening to their needs;
  • will ensure that procedures and systems are in place to inform and receive feedback from service users, partners, stakeholders and candidates, and evaluating that feedback, taking appropriate action to secure continuous improvement.

  • Responsible for building and maintaining close and effective relationship with Business stakeholders for the optimisation of the resourcing, with focus on blue collar resourcing,
  • Responsible as Subject Matter Expert in supporting HR Business Partners to identify and mitigate risks for business growth;
  • take up and provide accurate resourcing concept and plan for large scale bids,

  • Project management of all new business vacancies and appropriate engagement with the implementation teams,
  • Responsible for recruitment, selection, advice and planning for Czech Republic in line with the global and regional strategy,
  • Provide strategic resourcing solutions to Business Partners, Senior Managers and Executives to meet their requirements and customer needs,
  • Responsible for the effective assessment, planning and for managing a wide range of resourcing projects which supports the delivery of the Resourcing Strategy,
  • Responsible for a team of recruitment advisors, resourcers and administrators,
  • Ensure the Resourcing Centre and its team members provide though leadership and as example of best practice for DHL Supply Chain,
  • Work closely with Business Stakeholders and HR to deliver a timely and cost effective redeployment process, to minimise redundancy risk,
  • Work with Procurement on the identification and development of third party suppliers who can provide effective support to the Resourcing Team and the business,
  • Responsible for managing Temporary Agency Suppliers on a Strategic level to ensure that delivery of resources meet expectations and KPIs at all times,
  • Manage the relationship with Third Party suppliers, including recruitment advertising, website and applicant management systems suppliers, and permanent resource suppliers,
  • Manage the Resourcing Centre P&L ensuring that all costs are fully recovered by year end,
  • Ensure all internal and customer resourcing projects are completed within budget and in time,
  • Participate in branding and marketing activities focused on blue collar sourcing,
  • Provide market intelligence in recruitment / resourcing in all aspects.

  • University education, Industry related qualification preferred,
  • Experience in leading teams within a complex organisation,
  • Sound experience in high volume recruitment of different organisational levels,
  • Proven track record of effective Stakeholder Management,
  • Experience of recruiting internationally,
  • Proven track record of project management and implementation,
  • Broad knowledge of external HR developments and emerging best practice,
  • HR leadership experience in the logistics sector or complementary business,
  • Excellent knowledge of IT applications and MS Office,
  • Fluent English and Czech (spoken and written),
  • Ability to work under pressure with significant autonomy and respect strict deadlines.
