Senior Programme Manager EMEA Global Service HR Delivery Location : Prague Full time permanent contract As a Senior Programme Manager you would join recently established EMEA Global Services HR organisation which provides Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, Total Rewards and Labor / Employee Relation support for the EMEA region with 43000 employees.
You would have a unique opportunity to participate on multiple projects connected with the improvements of the service delivery and enhancement of the customer experience.
We would like to welcome someone who has either strategic or delivery experience from Shared Service center, ideally with knowlege of HR processess, project management and continuous improvement skillset and positive mindset.
You will be part of the EMEA Leadership Team, reporting directly to EMEA Vice President HR Service Delivery. What would be your main activities?
Shaping the organisational priorities into the initiatives and projects which can support delivery goals and enhance customer experience
Managing existing portfolio of projects that are currently in progress together with all connected parties towards their in-time delivery
Coordination of the team of initiatives leaders for respective domains (TA, WFA, ERLR, TR) to ensure consistent execution across the organisation
Communication and close collaboration with internal stakeholders at local, regional and global level; close cooperation with Strategy and Operations team and the entire HR organisation
Communication and change management on the key initiatives
Resources planning and allocation

To be our future successful Senior Programme Manager, you should have :
Experience with end-to-end facilitation and implementation of cross-regional, cross-organizational projects
Project or program management experience within a bigger corporation, specific project management qualification is not required but strong coordination and communication skills are needed
Experience from delivery / operations of the Shared Service Center, ideally from HR area
10 years working experience (ideally from corporate environment)
Excellent English (written and spoken)
Open and positive personality
Can-do attitude with hands-on approach
Ability to engage various stakeholders to reach the successful delivery of the projects
