We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to be part of an energetic and talented team! We bring together the visionary leaders of the world, organizing 120 invitation-

only events annually around Europe and now also in South East Asia.

What are the key responsibilities?

  • Ensuring successful event participation for our solution providers by communicating to them what needs to be done as preparation for the event and in good time before set deadline.
  • Providing this support through phone and email (inbound and outbound). This together with good cooperation and communication with the responsible Customer Success Manager.

  • Managing the e-mail -flow towards our solution providers through the system, updating new contracts from our CRM-system and attaching these new accounts to our events when needed.
  • Supporting our financial department in collecting necessary invoicing details from our solution providers and making sure the invoice is paid in good time before the event participation.
  • Working according to the company's processes and guidelines.
  • Supporting Customer Success Manager's in other tasks and practical arrangements regarding the event.
  • To be successful in this role you have :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree
  • Great customer service skills and interest towards it
  • High motivation for outbound calling
  • Great time management and ownership of your own work
  • Strong verbal English and positive communication skills on phone - (no local accent). Fluent in German is considered a definite plus.
  • Multitasking & extremely detail-oriented
  • Earlier experience from similar work needed - and experience from the call center work / customer service through telephone -
  • including serving clients abroad in English
