The challenge :

You will design action plans to increase productivity, manage application costs, and keep application availability to ensure business process continuity.

You will communicate with clients and ultimately answer supervisors, although taking complete ownership over your role. Applications in scope : EOP, Workday, Salesforce, Qlik Sense, DocuSign, Labelling application.

What will you be doing :

  • Application and Interface performance with tech support for EOP, Basis components, documentation, server management. Work together with standard interface GOP>
  • EOP (IDOC), interface with Payroll systems (Attentia, etc.), internal systems (Click, etc.), monitoring of interface issues.

  • Service Excellence & Incident Management, ensuring that all platforms are stable and always available. Cover all activities related to service delivery, metrics, root cause analysis, Tier0, Tier0,5 support (Triage tickets), ITSM / BSM process compliance (from the budget perspective as well)
  • Financial Performance management, including monitoring and benchmarking Application performance and consumption. Predict possible changes in scope for budget purposes.
  • Vendor and contract management
  • Change management, including supporting proper execution of all organizational and technical activities before change implementation : blueprint ownership, change requests operating model, Continuous Improvement, upgrades transition support
  • Security and Compliance. Assist with SOX External Audit, MICS, MICS / SOX, guide quarterly self-assessment and penetration tests.
  • What you'll bring :

  • 5+ years of experience with relevant (performance, service management) experience of 3+ years in managing large scale applications.
  • PMP, ITIL or any other equivalent service management qualification. Experience in Agile project management practice.
  • 3rd party vendor management and financial management skills.
  • Knowledge of tools to manage SAP ADM projects (Ticketing tool, monitoring tools, Demand / Capacity management tools, Monitoring tools and automation, SAP ECC, Project tracking etc.)
  • Capable of handling small / medium size team
  • Ability to drive initiatives for base account growth, productivity improvement through ticket analytics, automation, lean etc.
