Honeywell’s turbocharger development teams are looking forward to welcoming a new colleague on board! Are you the one to manage a team of Concept Shop, Master Planner and Warehouse roles?

Make use of your exceptional people management skills and take charge of our lab operation agenda. Or more specifically :

  • Manage a team of seven people with varied background (e.g. prototype workshop, planning or warehouse management) and develop their skills and competencies
  • Manage planning, preparation and prototype build in Concept Shop
  • Cooperate closely with all lab personnel and take charge of the operational agenda of the lab
  • Ensure timely, accurate, repeatable and high quality prototype build results delivery internally and to customers
  • Keep regular interaction of the team with Warehouse and Logistics in place
  • Optimize material flow and inventory
  • Work closely with your team to ensure smooth cooperation with Test Lab customers (testing teams Gas Stand, Engines, Planner, )
  • Ensure planning and tracking of annual plan and investments and monthly updates of Operational Expenses for Concept Shop
  • Make sure the assigned machines and equipment are all properly cared for
  • To you step into your new role, there are a couple of requirements to be met :

  • Experience from a small-scale or piece production
  • Experience leading or coordinating a team
  • Advanced level of English language
  • SAP experience is not a must, it would, however, be an advantage
