OurDistribution Business Unit in Europe consists of a distributor and dealersupport network. They deliver reliable sales and service of durable and highperforming engine, generator set and aftermarket products to our regionallybased (global) partners.

This is an exciting opportunity in our Prague(Čestlice) office for anambitious and sales driven Aftermarket Sales Representative.

This position willbe field based, customer site, and office, and you will be responsible for thegeneration of new business within filtration, engaging with existing customers,suppliers and dealerships to provide up to date product advice and continuouslydriving forward customer satisfaction and build strong business relationshipwith customers.

Your impact will be seen in these and otherways :

  • Engagement with current accounts and dealerships to provide support oncurrent products, new products and continuing to generate business
  • Selling company products and services by developing new prospects andexisting accounts
  • Achieving sales targets and ensures customer satisfaction
  • Responding to customer concerns about the company and its products
  • Identify, research, and contacts prospective customers proactively togenerate future sales and repeat business
  • Business planning for prospective customers
  • Partnering with internal departments including aftermarket team, CSI,service department and warehousing
  • Partnering with external departmentincluding customers, suppliers, dealerships and end users
  • Qualifications

    Skills andExperience Required :

  • Fluent Czech written and verbal, minimum intermediate English written and verbal to allowprofessional communication with internal stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and relationship buildingskills to gain support and confidence from customers
  • Being self-motivated and able to use owninitiative for generating new business
  • Team player when working with other SalesRepresentatives and rest of Aftermarket team
  • Reliable and knowledgeable when working withexisting and new customers to drive satisfaction and business growth
  • Experience in a sales environment
  • Experience in a self-motivated and targetdriven environment is best suited for this position
