Role Information :

As a Product Specialist in the SAP S / 4HANA Cloud Customer Care team you will be closely working with our customers / partners to safeguard implementation projects and to achieve a successful go-live.

You will be the binding element between the customer projects and stakeholders such as S / 4HANA Cloud Product Management, Development and the Partner organization.

You will gain in-depth product knowledge and experience from strategic customer projects. As the voice of the customer you will become a key contributor to an improved implementation experience of our customers and to the success of S / 4HANA Cloud.

Key responsibilities :

  • Be responsible for assigned customers and become a trusted advisor : Safeguard the implementation projects, manage the relationship, and foster a cloud-mindset
  • Bring the customer’s perspective into multiple SAP stakeholders : Actively influence the S / 4HANA Cloud Product and SAP Activate roadmap
  • Help to improve our Net Promoter Score (NPS) : Identify key influencing factors and drive respective improvements
  • Develop a Product thinking mindset : Being an ambassador and change agent for new technologies and innovation
  • Role requirements :

  • Very good to excellent university master degree in information technology, computer science or a related subject
  • Preferred LoB expertise in Financial industries or accounting background
  • Ideally first experience in driving (Cloud) customer projects and applying SAP Activate implementation methodology
  • Passionate about Cloud
  • Extraordinary communication, facilitation and networking skills
  • The ability to express complex technical information in a clear and precise manner
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, deliver on time and ensure high quality
  • Willingness to acquire extensive product knowledge and learn new skills at short notice
  • English fluent speaker
  • 2+ years of professional working experience
