Everyone is important to building the success". What you will be doing "You will be working with the HR Team for the production site -
recruiting, health & safety, training. Employee retention programs will be your tasks, than accompanied by HR administration, reporting and controlling.
You can expect to communicate on a daily basis in English or Czech with colleagues onsite. You will also initiate and drive projects and you will be responsible for deliverance and results within your area of work.
What we are looking for "We think that you have previous experience from working in a manufacturing company, with generalistic tasks in the HR area.
Czech language skills at native level are mandatory and since English is our corporate language we expect you to have a high professional knowledge and be able to speak, read and write freely when interacting with your international colleagues.
