For our site in Czechia (Brno / Prague) we are currently looking for a Territory Sales Leader who will be leading a team of sales professionals and beingaccountable for its operational activities.

Territory Sales Leaderresponsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a sales team for a specific region. Apply leadership skills to improve team performance. Ensure engagement in new opportunities for market penetration, team deployment, etc.
  • Drive and improve metric reporting procedures and own financial metrics, targets and budgets.

  • Responsible to maintain, expand and growth existing accounts in own area of responsibility whilst the team will interface to end users, big integrators, engineering firms and general contractor’s companies responsible for the development of new business and new relationship in pursuit of growth
  • Responsible for building and develop key accounts relationships through detailed account management methodology and structured territory and vertical strategic plans.
  • Establishing and leading the country plans and strategies aimed at expanding the sales volume within lighting integrated solutions.
  • Dedicatedly initiates cross-functional communication at senior management and executive level across both the customer’s and Honeywell enterprises to develop a long-term partnership.
  • Qualifications :

  • Strong sales experience within the building industry and in leading a team (at least 5 years experience in team leading);
  • experience with BMS (Building Management System)

  • Experience in working with end users
  • Understanding of channel network
  • Comfortable with CRM and dashboard management
  • Knows how to lead and coach a team of sales professional through key sales KPIs (visits, deal creation, deal management, account planning, conversion rate .)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
