    The focus for this role relates directly to the mission of the Sales Solutions & Support team, which develops and supports high quality sales tools and applications to accelerate SAP’s sales performance.

    The Support pillar of this team is therefore a critical factor of success towards greater productivity and future technology simplification.

    We are a global team with a good representation on-site in Prague but even in Prague we are staying quite global with about 13 nationalities in a team of 15 people!


  • Position title : SAP Services Intern Frontline Business Support Specialist
  • Location : Prague, Czech Republic
  • Expected start date : May 17, 2021

  • Manage end-user inquiries : Engage with end-users in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner to assess their problem.
  • Qualify the urgency and nature / root cause of their error to process the inquiry

  • Coordinate multi-channel support : Inquiries are generally submitted directly via the automated SSF ticketing system. Leverage this system to prioritize, assess, submit, complete, dispatch, or close inquiries.
  • Related end-user channels also include chat and phone.

  • Communicate with stakeholders : Respond to internal stakeholders and manage expectations in a professional and supportive manner.
  • Communicate efficiently in a virtual - often workflow or email-oriented - set-up towards joint success.
