Position Summary

We are looking for an exceptional growth business leader to drive our portfolio of products designed in Poland but used worldwide.

In this role, you will develop and oversee the business strategy, goals, and plans for the products you own . Your job will be to accelerate business growth through effective optimization of the key product metrics, collaborating with acquisition teams to optimize the entire user journey (acquisition, activation, monetization) .

You will also be responsible for analyzing market opportunities and trends, making sure your cross-teams understand and prioritize various work streams based on agreed-upon business metrics to deliver customer and business value.

  • What are the responsibilities?

  • Business ownership of a portfolio of products (5 products available on 10 markets).
  • Analyze market, customer, product data to generate innovative 'breakout' product marketing strategies and personalization approaches by customer segments and execute them.
  • Owning product vision and strategy that results in achieving the corporate revenue goals for the portfolio.
  • Executing the product vision and strategy through developing a roadmap and translating it into OKRTs with the support of your direct reports.
  • Working with local and international engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
  • Analyzing end-to-end data to identify business growth opportunities.
  • Driving strategies for improving visitor-to-subscriber conversion and increasing engagement and lifetime value across countries that the portal touches.
  • Partner with Product Management to orchestrate A / B testing and CRO.
  • Reporting and presenting monthly outcomes during monthly, company-wide All Hands Meeting.
  • Collaborating with other Product Leaders at BOLD to develop portal differentiation strategy, positioning, customer segmentation, and cross-product strategies.
  • Being the people manager for your direct reports. This includes : quarterly evaluations, monthly 1on1s, and semi-annual development plans based on the product skillset map.
  • We’re a perfect match if you have :

  • 6+ years experience in product management, product marketing, and growth with a consumer-facing internet product.
  • Experience with conversion funnel management and subscription products.
  • Demonstrated ability to set cross-functional team OKRs . Effective in managing and working across multiple cross-functional teams to achieve business results. Strong EQ.
  • Experience building consumer-facing web products with a demonstrated ability to drive strategy, operations, and funnel optimization.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership, thinking strategically, and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple departments on product launches.
  • Proven track record in performing well in a fast pace environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.
  • Analytical, quantitative mindset - a data-driven, results-oriented, go-getter who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Nice-to-haves :

  • HR technology, career domain, or job searching industry.
  • Experience with data products is a plus.
  • Competitive Analysis : perform a continual assessment of the competitive landscape, and develop and refine competitive positioning.
  • Creativity : someone who can develop ideas, display creativity, and collaborate with copywriters and designers to nurture and engage our fans across channels.
  • A university degree is a must with a Master's in business or technology-related fields (desired).
