    An outstanding opportunity to join us where you will manage and shape the development process for our .NET codebase by proposing, designing and implementing improvements and new features for number of desktop and web applications, services and release support tools.

    You will also assist in the architecture principles and practices used by the whole team.

    Your future colleagues

    The Quant Engineering Core Dev Tools team is responsible for design and delivery of tools used for building, testing and releasing number of business critical analytics libraries.

    Main language in the team is C# which is used to build number of complex desktop and web applications, services and release support tools.

    We also use F#, MSBuild, PowerShell and some other languages like TypeScript, JavaScript, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, React.

    Your skills and experience

    A self driven C# developer who can think out of the box and come up with solutions with tools and languages also other than C#.

    You’ll be a good match, if you have :

  • Detailed hands-on knowledge of the .NET platform and at least 3 years of proven commercial experience with C# language.
  • Knowledge of OO design patterns / paradigms.
  • Practical knowledge of good software practices automated tests, continuous integration and agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and manage work as part of a team spread across a range of geographical locations.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the proven ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
  • The following will be advantageous :

  • Knowledge of React.js.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS and related technologies (SxS, MSBuild).
  • Proven experience with debugging complex applications, using Visual Studio, WinDbg and Sysinternals suite.
  • Familiarity with ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Core.
