Lionbridge Poland is seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to support our global Team.

The successful candidate will become a part of a global Helpdesk L1 team and will be

responsible for supporting our employees and customers on IT related issues, providing SME assistance.

  • Responsibilities :

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Helpdesk L1 team tasks / tickets / requests;
  • Assisting L1 team members with complex queries;
  • Investigating and remediating any Helpdesk topics or escalations, and track to closure (roll out of new process, UAT of Script, customer complaints research, etc.);
  • Assisting Supervisors with Knowledge Management activity, being the 2nd level approver for all articles published or released in the ticketing system;
  • Providing L1 training on new tasks / knowledge areas and mentoring Helpdesk Team members on technical areas related to L1 team;
  • Perform ticket audits in the role of SME and find improvement areas for Helpdesk team and providing daily / weekly / monthly reporting of assigned items.
  • Requirements :

  • At least 3 years' of experience on similar position as : Senior IT Support Specialist / Sr. Helpdesk Engineer / Sr. Helpdesk Analyst;
  • Expert knowledge of Windows operating systems, O365, Active Directory;
  • Expert knowledge of COTS Products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.);
  • Expert knowledge of Incident Management Processes;
  • Expert knowledge of the following : network functionality, Active Directory, and remote access functionality (e.g. VPN, VDI, Cisco AnyConnect, etc.);
  • Expert knowledge of computer operations, functionality, troubleshooting techniques;
  • Can recommend improvement opportunities to improve the user experience;
  • Good knowledge of some ticketing systems like Zendesk, Microsoft Service Manager;
  • Moderate to Good knowledge of PowerShell scripting;
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills both spoken and written;
  • Excellent technical and analytical skills.
