We are looking for a new colleague to support our Global Talent Acquisition Processes Team in the Czech Republic.

Your Tasks

Recruiting for student positions (mainly Western Europe) and mass hiring positions (create job requisition, pre-screening, schedule interviews)

Recruiting related admin tasks (i.e. invoicing of agencies and job boards, Purchasing and Travel management via SAP and Concur)

Support the reporting and recharging process

Communication to applicants and agencies to solve their requests

Support the organization of career fairs and events

Your Profile

Bachelor Degree related to Human Resources or first working experience within HR

Good knowledge with Excel preferred, first experience with SuccessFactors, would be a plus

Solid English language skills, further languages (esp. German) are a plus

Ability to work independent and reliable in a international virtual environment

Teamplayer with the ability to learn by doing
