IDC is seeking a proven leader for our European marketing organization who operates from a business-driven focus and can guide our go to market, lead generation, segmentation, and sales enablement strategies.

This individual will work closely with the global head of marketing, regional business leaders, and other key stakeholders to develop and execute a pan-European marketing plan that generates measurable pipeline results.

Responsibilities

The right candidate will be responsible for leading a cross-region, multi-product marketing team focused on achieving both short- and long-term strategic objectives.

The individual will be skilled at translating business priorities into marketing strategies and tactics to achieve broad financial and strategic goals.

This leader will have an entrepreneurial, agile, creative mindset and execute innovative marketing strategies to grow the brand and achieve target KPIs.

Key areas of responsibility include (but are not limited to) :

  • Build operational collaboration across diverse teams and institute a winning team culture that encourages innovation and shared best practices
  • Develop and execute a regional marketing and sales enablement plan (in conjunction with senior marketing, sales, and country leaders) tied to business objectives and aligned with key European growth segments
  • Ensure that team initiatives are delivered on deadline and within budget, and meet defined levels of quality and brand alignment
  • Provide market research, insights, and competitor analysis
  • Manage budgets, and lead the analysis of KPI and performance metrics across key platforms and channels to measure overall success drivers
  • Work as part of the global marketing leadership team on broad initiatives focused on developing best practices and centers of excellence across marketing domains (i.
  • e., lead generation, marketing operations, brand, etc.)

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in executing and measuring B2B marketing strategies including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and digital marketing (SEO, SEM, etc.)
  • 6+ years of experience with managing teams
  • Knowledge of, and experience in, the technology industry is required
  • Deep skills in marketing campaign development, execution, and leveraging data and analytics to improve results and increase ROI
  • A proven track record of aligning the organization and owners around brand and marketing strategy while building a symbiotic partnership with sales
  • Direct experience in the development and execution of creative, innovative marketing strategies to meet growth objectives
