To assist an account in administering components of international relocations for customers of Graebel Relocation Services Worldwide.

The primary function is to support the client's requests and tasks, as well as to assist Operations teams with requests, file initiations, running basic reporting, verifying personnel details in client portal, engage client recruiting team as necessary.

In this role, the associate will be expected to learn the client program and understand the scope of services performed by On-Site Managers.


  • Support the internal team by running basic reporting and verifying details in both client and Graebel system.
  • Resolve trouble tickets for the client's relocations
  • Assist with client file initiations.
  • Interacts and engages with the Client and employees regarding the Global Mobility program. Supports the On Site Managers on the delivery of services.
  • Collaborate on projects with Operations Manager, On-site Manager, CDM, and Consultants.
  • Required Skills

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures and numerical data.
  • Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested.
  • Ability to write simple reports and general business correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, customers and employees.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest, commissions,
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to work proficiently in Microsoft Office products including : Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Required Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, International Studies or relevant field required.
  • 3 years of relevant professional experience acceptable in lieu of formal education

  • GMS Preferred
  • Professional relocation or assignment consultation / management experience preferred.
