The main responsibility of this role will be to act as the HR Partner for selected organizations / departments.
As a trusted HR partner, you will advise and take action in the areas of talent management, organizational development, performance management, career development, employee relations, compensation planning and change leadership.
You will be responsible for : Partner with managers on people and talent implications and actions, provide HR support and coaching to leaders on people related agenda* Advise client groups on programs or strategies that impact the attraction, motivation, development and retention of the people* Conduct Employee Relations investigations and provide recommendation for resolution* Act as a change agent and support initiatives for the site and / or assigned business teams* Ensure effective talent attraction and management including recruitment, assessment, and development* Drive compensation equity and planning processes for the client group* Partner with HR team and Business leaders to guide on site activities, shape culture, and drive employee engagement* Drive agreement for global HR programmes and provide an HR expertise at all times *Who do we look for : Candidate with min.
Bachelor degree and 5+ years of experience in various aspects of HR* Knowledge and understanding of labour and employment laws and regulations, as well as HR concepts experience as an advisor to the business* Business partner methodology and experience in an operational business environment;
