CT-IS has its presence at Belgium (Headquarter), India, China and US with team size close to 140 employees.

Join us as an eCommerce & PIM Platform Roll-Out & Training Engineer within our Sales & Marketing team, based out of Brno to prepare and roll out the new Commerce and PIM solution to more than 60 customer centers.

In order to keep up with market trends and remain future-proof in this area, Atlas Copco CT (Compressor Technique) has started the One Portal program .

Our main objective is to bring one common, yet flexible, commerce solution able to deliver each customer journey in a simple, extensible, and cost-effective way.

In the process of implementing this ambitious commerce goal (B2B / B2C / B2B2C for all products), the One Portal program will also standardize all underlying aspects found in our IT landscape making up the E2E commerce process driving these customer journeys.

Our main focus within the new eCommerce architecture is PIM (Product Information Management) , an API first landscape , and making the customer more autonomous in his / her journey.

As an eCommerce & PIM Platform Roll-Out & Training Engineer you will be part of our dedicated One Portal program team, but you will have a chance to be part of Global Projects delivery with the possibility of travelling if required.

You will be an important member of the highly motivated CT One Portal team in a challenging, very dynamic and international environment.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and rollout Commerce and PIM deployments based on local customer and team input,
  • Prepare training documentation on how to use the rolled-out applications,
  • Give training yourself remotely or on site or support our business stakeholders to give the training,
  • Capture local input and feedback and share it back to the team.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Experience : Minimum 2-3 years
  • Required Skills :

  • Good technical mindset with a result driven approach,
  • Excellent English communication skills (written, oral), with good listening capabilities,
  • Enjoys striving for delivering and meeting deadlines,
  • A good eye for quality,
  • Effective team player working in a team; willingness to put the needs of the team over their own
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with Commerce and / or PIM platforms,
  • Background in training,
  • Experience with rolling out solutions in an international enterprise setting,
  • Experience with the creation and maintenance of training material,
  • Experience with agile methodology (Scrum)
