Corinthia Hotel Prague is looking for a candidate for the position of Front of House Agent / Concierge, who will be responsible for perfect service to guests according to their requirements and company standards.
The Front of House Agent / Concierge will work in the Front Desk, Concierge and Executive Lounge according to company operational needs.
Responsibilities : - Carrying out the check-in and check-out of hotel guests - Timely submitted reports (print-outs) and their control, distribution and archiving -
To be aware of the exact reservation situation of the day, which is to be used for supplementary room sale - To overtake the responsibility for proper and smooth operation of reception including cash desk -
To give out information about our hotel events, opening hours of the hotel outlets and arrange the bookings of these outlets -
To control the list of incoming guest for the particular day paying a special attention to VIP guests - Give an information about memorable sights of Prague, best places to eat, transport, opening hours, telephones numbers, provides unpaid services requiring cooperation with other departments, arranges accommodation outside Prague and outside Czech Republic -
High school, in hospitality environment - advantage - Fluent in written & spoken English and another language is advantage (German, French, Spanish, Russian) -
Very good communication skills and pro-client approach - Ability to work independently with pro-active and business driven approach -
Knowledge of Opera or Fidelio is advantage - Flexibility
