The Challenge :

As Key Account Manager based in Czech / Slovakia you act on the critical mission to strategically develop existing and new markets for DSM Animal Nutrition & Health products across the Czech and Slovakia territory.

The Position :

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop own market in close cooperation with country / regional sales manager
  • Define and implement customer action plans for existing and to win new accounts set targets for local key accounts
  • Optimize customer portfolio (profitability focus)
  • Lead contract negotiations and closing deals
  • Support and facilitate product launches together with other relevant functions
  • Collect relevant customer and competitor information and communicating it systematically within DNP
  • Coordinate and ensure resolution of customer complaints
  • Track performance by customer and product and report accurately and timely
  • The Ideal :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Animal Health & Nutrition
  • Master degree with relevant technical background
  • Established network in Animal Health & Nutrition sector on designated area
  • Czech and English fluent
  • Customer orientation
  • Commercial & Technical skills
  • Result driven
