What will you be doing?
Working closely with the MEE Modellers and BAs, understanding the product and communicate the best practices and product limitations
Owning the escalations received from the MEE Modellers and RTB Team, ensuring the escalations are properly documented and assigned to the relevant BTB team members
Documenting the issues, escalations and feature requests and passing the requirements to the Product Owner for prioritization timely
Owning the business testing in the PreProd Sandbox and helping RTB team to understand and mitigate the risks

Skills that will help you in the role :
Knowledge of programming languages, SDLC, understanding of DevOps technologies, CI / CD and testing principles
Experience in documenting and communicating the bugs and enhancement requirements
Experience working as an IT Support Engineer (L2) would be beneficia
