The Position

As leader of your territory, you will be responsible for design, development and implementation of the business plan for your geographical area to ensure company objectives are achieved.

You will measure, track, analyse and present key metrics : prescription depth and breadth planning, reporting and effort analysis.

Your main responsibilities will include :

  • Contributing to the national business plan by achieving targets through implementation of marketing and promotion strategies aimed at effectively presenting and promoting Novo Nordisk product to health care practitioners.
  • Taking an entrepreneurial approach and operating with a high level of autonomy. Work proportion is allocated to the field work 70% and e-commerce 30%.
  • Showing a high level of understanding of customer needs, anticipating and adapting action plans to maximise opportunities and address challenges, excelling in making things happen through diligent and timely follow-up.
  • Working across different external stakeholders, including but not limited to KOLs, physicians, pharmacists, and hospital management.
  • Showing cross-functional team working across Obesity Business Unit and beyond to maximise the promotion and presence of Novo Nordisk products.
  • Qualifications

    To be successful in this role, we expect you to have :

  • Minimum high school degree, ideally Bachelor’s degree in a science or business-related subject or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales with proven track record based on exceptional commercial acumen and selling skills.
  • Experience from FMCG or devices selling, or over-the-counter is a plus.
  • Intermediate computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel - required); computer experience using sales data / call reporting software is strongly preferred.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Fluency in Czech language and English on communication level.
  • You are a self-starter, able to evaluate options and decide on your own with minimal supervision. You have proven leadership and decision-making ability.

    You are demonstrating an aptitude for learning and ability to communicate technical and scientific product and disease management information, as well as value preposition for the product(s) under responsibility.

    You have entrepreneurship mindset; you are strong influencer and an exceptional team player.

    Your proactivity, accountability, and openness for challenges will be key to deliver on plans. As a person, you are a team player, energetic, passionate about living healthy and like to challenge status quo while focusing on solutions and opportunities.

    You are comfortable taking initiative and have a strong personal drive and dedication.
