For our Business Service Operations (BSO) we are looking for a new colleague that will be a part of an Accounts Payable department focused on Travel expense management.

We are offering a special opportunity for all who like to work with systems, documents, are service minded and like to be in contact with internal stakeholders.

  • Daily oversight and support associated with employee travel and expenses (in compliance with LEGO Global Travel Policy)
  • Daily interaction directly with LEGO employees, support in case of creation, filling or adjustment of the expense reports
  • Usage of SAP travel platform that incorporate travel booking, expense reimbursement
  • Reporting and overseeing of monthly KPIs
  • Ordering of credit cards for our employees
  • Close work with the Accounts Payable Manager to drive efficiency and cost savings through analytics, reporting, auditing and training, create and provide training to assist employees

    The Travel Expense team is part of the Accounts Payable department, which covers some parts of the Purchase to Pay process for the LEGO organization and therefore holds an important role within the Business Service Operations covering the whole EMEEA region.

    Analytical and collaborative with a sense of quality

  • You are a fresh graduate from the University (focus on Finance) or you have 1-2 years of professional working experience in administrative / financial position
  • English at advanced level in both oral and written is a requirement
  • Knowledge of other European languages (e.g. French, Spanish, Italian) is an advantage
  • You have had already some exposure to finance processes
  • You are analytical and detail-oriented, punctual, structured and resistant to pressure
  • You are familiar with MS Office (especially MS Excel)
  • Previous experience with SAP or other ERP system is an advantage
  • You enjoy working in team as well
