For our HR team in Brno, we are looking for a new enthusiastic team member for HR Admin position who will be responsible for overall HR operational support and will closely co-

operate with internal customers (HR Business Partners, employees) and Payroll team.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for day to day HR operation and administrative support for employees and HR BPs;
  • Drives and owns the employee pre-onboarding activities,
  • Conducts new employee orientation and off-boarding / exit process;
  • Understands the business culture and employee mindset and acts as a primary point of contact for employees for any employment and benefits questions and tax-related matters;
  • Maintains HR records in the HR system (Star Track) and ensures employee file compliance and security
  • Requirements :

  • Interest in HR and related topics
  • Good understanding of Czech labour, personal tax law
  • Must be proficient in MS Office, excellent (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Very good level of English both written and spoken
  • Understand importance of HR data and service quality
  • Passionate about HR support services
