Collaborate closely with the CEE business and support it, when analysing its needs to convert them in respective functional application solutions via internal resources and external partners within agreed scopes
Serve as an expert advisor to the business in specification of their requirements within realistic technical solutions as well as implementation, maintenance and control frames, when respecting AP and CEE IT strategy directions
Run and support the lifecycle of assigned IT systems incl. testing, monitoring, administration, user trainings, and preparation of user manuals
Identify and analyse possible risks and implement necessary appropriate mitigation options.
Ensure the effective management of IT solution deliveries within given scope and time, when arbitrating a prioritization of deliveries with key stakeholders, incl.
escalations of need to redirect resources, or change practices to mitigate delivery risks
Implement continuous improvement processes and activities good practices, reporting, problem resolution) to ensure quality and relevance of IT services
Manage It projects within his area of responsibility

Technical / Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong knowledge in areas of IT business analyses, development, and IT systems lifecycle management
Proven track in successful deliveries of solutions / project in challenging environments within time and budgets
Excellent problem solving skills, strong result orientation and self-motivation
Ability to plan and execute on project plans.
Ability to deliver work with minimum supervision and effectively operate in a dynamic global organization.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with shifting deadlines and priorities under limited supervision.
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively, internally and externally with all levels across the company including executive management.
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, information security or related field is preferred, relevant professional certifications welcomed
3-5 year experience in the area of IT analyses / solutions, service delivery in an international environment
Profound project management skills(project management certifications welcomed
